Why? Because I love Octavia.

And I love this shipping.

It's quite a simple animation, but it took me a long time, 32 frames and 21 layers.
Anyway, I think it turned out cute!
It's my second attempt to create an animation, it surely isn't perfect, so please have mercy upon me.

I don't frequent much shipping, but it can be done right. This reminds me of a few fics that did in regards to these two. Also, the animation is quite nice; it's very smooth for each frame being redrawn and, of course, it's kind of adorable.
